Request court absolves Nnamdi Kanu, strikes out FG's charge
The Allure Court sitting in Abuja has released the head of the banished Native Individuals of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu. Kanu was arraigned by the National Government at the Bureaucratic High Court in Abuja on a 15 count charge verging on backstabbing crime and psychological warfare, offenses he denied. Kanu had blamed the decision of Equity Binta Nyako of a Government High Court, Abuja, which requested him to answer seven out of the 15-count psychological oppression charge against him. He had supplicated the re-appraising court to subdue the whole charges and liberated him on different grounds including that the implied offenses were not dedicated in Nigeria. Kanu has more than once required the breakaway of southern Nigeria to frame the Republic of Biafra.
