A mum purportedly ran her beau over with her vehicle after she tracked down him stripped in bed with her 7-year-old girl.

The sweetheart, who police named as Delmer Orlando Ortiz Licona, was captured recently, as indicated by experts in Texas.

He deals with indictments of disturbed rape of a kid.

The youngster's mom revealed the supposed occurrence to police in an emergency call at around 1am on August 8, 2021.

As indicated by the police report, she let the 911 administrator know that she wanted an official shipped off her home.

She could then be heard yelling: "How are you treating her?"

She then, at that point, said: "I just tracked down my man... whoever lives with me, stripped in the bed with my little girl. Kindly rush, he's taking off, if it's not too much trouble, hustle."

When inquired as to whether Licona was her sweetheart, she answered: "He should be, however you pick up the pace or I will kill him. I'm going to f**king kill him."

She apparently kept asking police to rush before she could be heard teaching a youngster into a vehicle.

"Indeed, I returned home simply on time," she answered when inquired as to whether the youngster was OK.

Then, the administrator heard somebody get hit before a little youngster began crying.

The lady said: "Kindly get a rescue vehicle. "Indeed, he bounced directly before my vehicle, he hopped directly before my vehicle, sir."

The police report expresses that the call then finished and the crisis administrator couldn't convey back to the lady in spite of attempting on various occasions.

As per nearby media, examiners weren't relegated to the situation until March this year.

KAMC announced that police figured out how to contact Licona by telephone in April and that he let them know he was guiltless.

He neglected to appear for planned gatherings with police.

A capture warrant was given on Tuesday, May 3, and he was along these lines set up for the Lubbock County Detention Center.
